~The event will be held on the 15/12/2007 which falls on a Saturday.
~The event starts at 6pm and will last till 12am
~Registration starts at 6pm.
~Door closes at 7.30.

Venue:

~The Barra restaurant/bar is located at the first floor of KL Tower.
~It can be easily spotted behind the fountain (at the open-air walking path)
~Dont worry, there will be ushers along the way to make sure u dont end up in
somewhre else.:)

RETRO-CHRISTMAS

We're talkin bout flashing alllll the way back to the 60's,70's,80's n even the 90's!
On that night, all we want to do is bring u wayyy back to ur parents or even ur grandparent's era; with the touch of multi-colours,'explosive' or super shinny hair, and super buggie dancing styles!
The place will be all styled up with colourful lights,jingle balls and some retro songs tat will definately keep u moving all night long!

Ticketing:

Tickets are priced at RM 70 per pax. The tickets can obtained form any of the 12 committee members of the PromTay. The procedure of getting your tickets are as follows.

1. Reserve your tickets with one of our committee members.
2. After you have settled your payment with that respective member, you
will be receiving your a receipt.
3. Note that your receipt is also your invitation card. The receipt
comes with a serial number which is very important.
4. You cannot sell the invitation card to another party, as your name
and identity card number will be recorded by our members.
5. Please remember to bring along your card when you’re attending the
PromTay. Without the ticket, you will not be allowed to enter.
6. Any changes to the personal information of the ticket holder should be
informed immediately to any of our committee members to avoid any
inconvenience.
7. Keep in mind that the payments are not refundable.

Dress Code:

Strictly FORMAL and relevant to the theme,RetroChristmas.

Do's & Dont's

i. No slippers and flip flops
ii. No t-shirts are allowed
iii.Only guys are allowed to wear jeans
iv. Girls, do not dress too revealingly.
v . Do dress colourfully,to go with the theme.
vi. So, start diggin in ur mom's or dad's closet n trow on sum of their old super
feverish cool outfit n be the diva of the nite!
